SHIPPING
We hand-prepare and ship all live milk kefir grains with care to ensure they arrive healthy and ready to use. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be processed and delivered.
Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after order is placed.
- We do not ship on weekends.
- You will receive an email with tracking
information once your order has shipped.Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We ship using FedEx.Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 3–4 business days.
Shipping Live Cultures
Because milk kefir grains are living cultures, we:- Ship them in a small glass jar.
- Monitor regional temperatures and may slightly delay shipping if extreme weather could harm the grains (especially heatwaves during the summer).
Shipping Restrictions
We currently only offer shipping to the contiguous 48 states in the USA.Shipping Rates
$3 shipping on all orders!Lost or Damaged Packages
If the glass jar your grains was shipped in arrives broken, please visit our contact page here so we can ship out a new batch to you asap!If the package does not arrive within the expected timeframe:
- Check the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
- First contact FedEx (the carrier) with your tracking number for updates.
- If the issue persists beyond 7 days from the dispatch date, contact us here so we can assist you. We will review each case and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

RETURNS
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, you can contact us here.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as
instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us
without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.Exchanges
Once your return is approved, we will ship out a replacement within 1–3
business days. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you
know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically
refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please
remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process
and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve
